At the time of booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay. The methods of payment of the deposit are as follows: Direct bank transfer or PayPal.
The balance is payable on arrival in key delivery through the following methods: Cash, Direct transfer, PayPal.
In case of early departure, there are no discounts or refunds. No refund will be granted for no show.
In case of cancellation of the reservation (when the deposit has been paid):
- A refund of 100% of the amount paid is required if the cancellation is communicated within 60 days before the date of arrival.
- A refund of 50% of the amount paid is required if the cancellation is communicated between 60 and 30 days before the date of arrival.
- There is no refund of the amount paid if the cancellation is communicated less than 30 days before the date of arrival.
- In case of closure of the italians regions by the Covid-19 government, we fully refund the deposit paid by bank transfer within 2 weeks of the scheduled check-in date.
"La Fenice Salentina" B & B is not allowed to accept credit cards and debit cards and checks are not accepted.
The methods of payment of the balance of the stay are as follows:

Regulation
Check-in is open from 13.00 to 19.00. Please inform us of your arrival time.
In case of late or early arrivals, please inform them when booking.
The check out is at 11.00. On request and subject to availability, you can request a late check out, with an extra charge. In case you need to leave your luggage in custody on the day of departure, you can take advantage of the free luggage storage service, to be agreed in advance with the manager, who however reserves the right to approve this request.
Upon your arrival you will be provided with a bunch of keys to access the B&B and the room booked.
The loss of the keys involves a penalty of € 100 as you will have to replace the whole system of locks on the main door and the room of your competence.
Upon arrival will be required valid identity documents (Passport, Identity Card) required for registration required by current legislation. It is not possible to receive visits from people who are not registered and without notice.
Registration data processing: The data provided will be processed in compliance with the obligations of confidentiality and security regulated by current legislation, will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the activity and will not be disseminated.
From 10:00 to 12:00 the rooms will be cleaned.
Guests are therefore requested, for that time, to leave the room free, in order to allow the cleaning activity to take place. Otherwise it will be possible to expose the appropriate label outside the door so as not to be disturbed and therefore the cleaning operations will be postponed to the following day.
It is also specified that the change of towels and bed linen will be performed every three days and in any case at each change of Guest.
The breakfast is served at the table every day from 8.00 to 10.30.
On Sundays between 8.30 and 11.00. Please inform us at the time of booking any food allergies or food intolerances or special dietary needs.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities.
Small animals are welcome (dogs and cats weighing less than 10 kg) always kept on a leash and in respect of the structure and other guests.
Prohibitions

It is forbidden to smoke inside the B&B "La Fenice Salentina" both in the rooms and in all the rooms available to guests;

It is forbidden to throw everything that could obstruct the pipes into the toilet;

It is forbidden to go around the public areas of the "La Fenice Salentina" B&B in clothing not suitable for public spaces;

It is forbidden to bring friends, relatives or other persons who do not stay in the B&B into the room without requesting permission in advance from the manager;

It is forbidden inside the premises: to speak loudly, to shout, to slam doors or windows;
-
It is forbidden to bring outside the B & B whatever is in the rooms or in any case in the internal rooms available to guests;

It is forbidden to connect to the electrical system any electrical appliance brought in tow (with the exception of the electric razor and the hair dryer to the jacks of the bathroom, of the mobile phone and of the personal computer in the rooms);

It is forbidden to tamper with the automatic switching on and off mechanisms of the autonomous heating system of the building.
Recommendations

Guests are invited to watch over their objects as the owners of the B&B are not responsible for their custody;

Guests are invited to close the front door with a double outlet (except in case of last abandonment of the building, in this case see the practice of arrivals and departures) and to take care of the keys;

Keep all environments clean and tidy;

Be careful not to smear the walls, as the painting work will have to be compensated in exceptional cases;

Use only the assigned bathroom (unless exclusive use of one of the services available is reserved);

Any damage must be immediately reimbursed. Otherwise, the relevant complaint will be forwarded to the competent authorities;

There are no particular restrictions on the return time. However, it is mandatory not to disturb the tenants of the building as well as other guests of the B&B during access to the rooms;

Guests are invited to turn off the lights leaving the rooms; to avoid waste of water remembering to close the taps and report any losses; keep the doors and windows closed with the heating / cooling systems in operation.

Each guest is required not to take away with him at the end of the stay: linen, blankets, towels and / or bathrobes from the rooms or other material present in the B&B "La Fenice Salentina" (Including common environments).

The "La Fenice Salentina" B&B declines any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects of your property left unattended in the rooms or in the common areas and for any damage to persons, things to and from third parties. Any damage must be immediately communicated to the manager of the structure;

Guests must leave the keys before departure. Any loss of the house keys will result in a cancellation fee of € 100. However, please notify the manager promptly.
Compliance with the regulation is above all a priority of our structure,
we intend to offer you maximum comfort in relation to our offer;
however, failure to comply with even one of these clauses will cause us to interrupt
your welcome stay.
